Definition: A "False Alarm" is activating HELP ME or YES EMERGENCY when no genuine emergency exists. The NO button always cancels without penalty. All false alarms are logged under IT Act 2000 with device ID, timestamp, GPS coordinates, and IP address.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian register on their behalf. The registering adult is legally responsible for the minor's use of all platform features.

Registered advisors earn 80% of each completed session fee. The 20% platform fee covers technology infrastructure, payment processing, and compliance. Weekly payouts via Razorpay (India) / Stripe (International).
All practitioners must comply with MoHFW Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020. No Schedule H, H1, or X substances may be prescribed via telemedicine. Practitioners maintain individual professional indemnity insurance.

Violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable law. BioAg€sis cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies worldwide.
Voluntary contributions to the BioAg€sis Mission Fund are NOT charitable donations. They are NOT eligible for Section 80G tax deductions (India) or equivalent deductions in other jurisdictions. BioAg€sis is not an NGO or registered charity. 100% of mission contributions are utilized for: acid attack victim rehabilitation, rape survivor support, free Nir-Abhaya subscriptions for underprivileged women, and rural health camps. Quarterly transparency reports are published at bioagesis.com/mission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in [City], India. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

BioAg€sis may suspend or terminate accounts for: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of emergency features (5+ strikes), 90+ days of inactivity (free accounts), or at its sole discretion with 30 days' notice.
